A creative experience in self-honoring
There are many crowns we wear in a lifetime.
Some come through love.
Some through caregiving.
Some through healing.
Some through simply continuing on when life asked a great deal of us.
This workshop is an invitation to pause and honor what has shaped you.
Through reflection and creative expression, you will create a symbolic crown that represents your own lived experience.
You do not need to be an artist.
You only need a willingness to show up honestly and create.
Reflect
Through gentle prompts, you’ll explore the experiences, roles, and moments that have shaped you.
Create
You’ll create a mixed media crown using simple materials, words, and layers that feel meaningful to you.
Honor
This is a space to honor your life with compassion and recognize the strength and care within your story.
What to expect
This 90-minute live Zoom workshop will include:
• a gentle arrival and grounding
• guided reflection prompts
• step-by-step support in creating your crown
• space for meaning, words, and personal symbolism
• optional sharing in a warm and supportive environment
No experience is needed. This is about expression, not perfection.

This is a space where you can continue creating, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself through gentle, meaningful creative practices.
