Each month offers a different way to reconnect with your creativity.

Some months are about expression.
Some about play.
Some about slowing down and noticing.

You don’t need to catch up.
You can begin right where you are.

If this feels like something you’ve been needing, you’re welcome inside.

SEPTEMBER — Creative Courage

Trust your creative voice. Try something new. Keep creating.

September is about finding the courage to create more freely, trust your instincts, and see what happens when you let go of knowing exactly where your art is going.

This month, we’ll explore movement, music, words, and expressive mark making as ways to loosen up and discover new possibilities. It’s not about being fearless or getting it right. It’s about being willing to experiment, follow your curiosity, and trust your own creative voice.

Whether you’re ready to try something new or simply want to bring more freedom into the way you create, September is an invitation to be curious, take a few creative risks, and keep creating.

Creative Studio

September 17, 5:00-6:30 pm Pacific 8:00 pm Eastern

Color in Motion: Painting to Music
Turn up the music and let rhythm, sound, and movement guide your creativity. We’ll stand, move, and make large expressive marks using paint, drawing materials, and plenty of freedom. You’ll experiment with responding to different kinds of music while creating an energetic, layered artwork that captures movement, mood, and your own creative expression.

Your Creative Voice

Finding your creative voice begins with learning to trust what feels true to you. This month’s Group Creative Coaching invites you to explore what makes your creative voice uniquely yours and what can get in the way of trusting it. Through reflection, conversation, and a simple creative practice, we’ll explore how to make more room for your own ideas, instincts, and expression.

Mixed Media Monday

September 21, 5:00-6:00 pm Pacific -8:00 pm Eastern

Word Play: Writing as Art
Explore writing as a visual element through asemic writing, handwriting, repetition, layering, and partially hidden text. We’ll experiment with the shape, rhythm, and movement of writing and discover how words and marks can become part of the artwork itself. Your writing doesn’t always need to be readable or meaningful. Sometimes it can simply become another line, texture, or layer on the page.

We Need Your Art

by Amie McNee
This month we’ll discuss Amie McNee’s inspiring book We Need Your Art, exploring what it means to trust your creativity, move through self-doubt, and have the courage to make and share what matters to you. Together we’ll reflect on finding our creative voice and giving ourselves permission to keep creating. Come listen, share, and connect, whether you’ve read the book or not.
